Matador's breaded mushrooms are a true masterpiece. We receive mushrooms fresh and process them the same day to ensure that you, our valued customers, receive the best quality. Each mushroom is breaded with a special formula that seals in the flavor of the mushroom.

Our cheese bites are exactly what the name reflects. A small, bite size, piece of cheddar cheese is breaded with the Matador formula and makes a great appetizer or snack item. Many of our customers use these in place of French fries, tater tots or potato chips when serving sandwiches, hot dogs and hamburgers. Whatever your need, these will fit.

Remember the Little Hot Shots? Well, the jalapeno cheese bite is our appetizer with an attitude. It is similar to the cheese bite except we add just a bit of pepper to it for those customers that like a little spice in their life. Keep a cool drink close at hand!!
